Lead Safe Certification Program
The EPA's new lead-safety regulations go into effect on April 22, 2010. They are part of the comprehensive lead based paint renovation, repair and painting program (RRP) providing guidelines for contractors, property managers and others who disturb painted surfaces in housing, schools or childcare facilities built prior to 1978.
